Baden-Württemberg International is the economic development agency of the state of Baden-Württemberg. Our goal is to promote our location worldwide. Therefore, our work here at Baden-Württemberg International includes a wide range of tasks: facilitating international cooperation between companies through market development efforts in key world markets; marketing Baden-Württemberg as a location for business, science, research, and universities; helping foreign companies establish facilities in Baden-Württemberg; and the transfer of information and technical knowledge.

Baden-Württemberg has carried out projects commissioned by the European Union,the German Federal Ministry of the Interior, the German Federal Ministry of Econimics and Technology, the Baden-Württemberg Ministry of Economic Affairs,  the Baden-Württemberg Ministry of Enviroment, Nature Conservation and Transport, InWent and the KfW development bank.
